I had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. However, the furnishings in my room were starting to show wear, which made me feel like it wasn't quite up to Hilton standards. Overall, I found it to be a great base for exploring Nashville, especially with its convenient location near downtown.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made a difference. However, I found the parking fee to be quite steep at $32 per night, and the breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are areas that could use improvement.

My room was clean and comfortable, though it showed signs of wear and could use some updates. I felt adequately spacious here, but noticed some dust in corners and the bathroom could have been better maintained.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown and local attractions thanks to the shuttle service, which I appreciated. However, I encountered several issues with room service and cleanliness that significantly affected my experience.

Rooms

While my King's room with the whirlpool was spacious and clean, it had persistent damp odors when the air conditioning was off. I expected better for the price I paid.
Service
5.0
The service was hit-or-miss. Some staff members were very friendly and attentive, especially at check-out, while others seemed indifferent to my needs, which left a sour taste.
Location

The hotel's location is ideal, being close to downtown and Vanderbilt. The shuttle made exploring Nashville hassle-free, which I really enjoyed.
Dining

I found the breakfast options appealing but pricey. A full breakfast was available with custom-cooked eggs, yet I couldn't justify the extra cost after staying in more budget-friendly places with similar quality.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities had potential, especially with the indoor pool and hot tub, but issues like no housekeeping during my stay really detracted from my comfort and satisfaction.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt was a mix of wonderful moments and some challenges. The staff, especially Jaydon at the valet, went above and beyond, making me feel recognized and valued. However, my experience was marred by a billing issue at the bar, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Overall, the location is fantastic, with easy access to Nashville's hot spots, but the service hiccups took away from what could have been a perfect stay.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and included a fridge and coffee maker, though there were some signs of wear and tear in the suite.
